About Us
The LBK Mentorship Programme offers a network of mentors to its registered members to enhance and support their career development and general well-being. The mentoring programme involves the direct transference of skills and knowledge from a mentor to a mentee.
The mentoring process comprises three essential steps, the latter being the heart and soul of the programme directing the interaction between the mentor and mentee and ensuring that is a traceable set of outcomes achieved and recorded:
1. Building and establishing a relationship
2. Adhering to the roles and expectations of a mentor and mentee
3. Following the LBK Mentorship Curriculum
